The Guest House offers a total living space of 1,800 square feet which includes a 2 car
heated garage with remote openers, 2 bedrooms, large bathroom, Great Room includes
kitchen (with Bosch range and dishwasher) , family room, dining room with gas log
fireplace, laundry room and an office with room for your treadmill, stair climber,
elliptical trainer or free weights.
All utilities are included in your monthly rental fee which includes heat, A/C and electricity.
Basic phone service, DSL and DirecTv are also provided for you.
Any Pay Per View movies rented by you will be billed to you extra on a monthly basis.
All long distance phone calls must be put on your own calling card.
Fire and Security System, snow and trash removal, and lawn care are also included.
The Guest House is available to lease for stays as short as 2 weeks.

The Master Bedroom is 16' X 16' and has a Wall Unit King size bed with a Select Air,
Sleep Number mattress system, double dresser and armoire with a 27" TV. One entire
wall is divided into 2 closets. The double window lends a western exposure to your view.
The window has a room darkening Hunter Douglas pleated shade with draperies.
The Guest Bedroom is 13' X 15' and has a queen size bed, double dresser and chest of
drawers. The 15' wall is comprised of 2 closets. The double window lends a eastern
exposure to your view. The window has a room darkening Hunter Douglas pleated shade
with draperies.
The Great Room is 28' X 22' with a cathedral ceiling height of 18'. This room is
comprised of a Kitchen area that is approximately 12' x 11' which includes an electric
glass top Bosch range, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher and built in microwave. The
double sink is part of the island bar area which includes 3 bar stools. The kitchen floor is
new ceramic tile with In-Floor heat. We have for your use Calphalon cookware, Mikasa
China and Stemware, and the usual small appliances. The Kitchen area has a triple
window with a southern exposure which also has a room darkening Hunter Douglas
Shade. The Dining area is also 12' X 11' and has a Dining room table which could seat 6
and a China Cabinet. There is also a Pantry with shelves that is almost 8' long. The
Family Room area is 16' x 22' and has a triple patio door that leads to the 10' x 15' deck
which has a Northern Exposure. A patio table and 4 chairs are provided. The patio door
also has a Verti-glide pleated shade by Hunter Douglas. Furniture includes a large sofa,
love seat with coordinating ottoman and pillows and Sofa Table. End tables match the
Entertainment center which holds a 32" TV. TV's are serviced by DirecTv with a
generous movie package included. Pay per view Movies are extra and are billed to you at
the end of the month.
The Laundry room is just off of the Guest Bedroom and has a new set of Maytag
Neptune, front loading washer and dryer. Cabinets above hold all your laundry supplies.
A clothing rack is provided for drying your delicate items above a built in folding table and
also a bar to hang clothing on that was just taken out of the dryer.
The ground floor Office is located off the hall between the entrance way from outside and
the Garage entrance. This room is 15' x 15' with a 10' ceiling which has a Hunter Ceiling
paddle fan with light. The furniture is Cherry and includes a large Executive desk,
credenza and a matching 2 drawer Lateral file cabinet. There are windows on both the
Eastern and Southern walls for natural light. Large closet with shelving holds all your
office supplies. There is a dedicated receptacle to help protect your delicate computer
equipment. We provide DSL Internet Service through Ameritech/Yahoo. The house is
wired for and has a 2 line phone system.
There is plenty of space in this room for you to bring your treadmill, elliptical trainer, free
weights, or whatever... for your personal work out regime.

The Bathroom is 15' x 6'6" and has a large vanity with a single sink, toilet and newly
added large ceramic shower. The new ceramic floor has In-Floor heat. There is also a
built in linen closet for storage of towels and linens that are provided for you. There is
access to the Bathroom from the Great Room and from the Master Bedroom.
